Two wish list items. Looking to purchase the chair this weekend if I can hash a bargain…I’m gonna play jedi mind tricks on the salesman so nice he’ll think it was his idea to donate the fancy thang to moi. Wish a swindle girl some Buddha luck.
Yesterday I picked up these two gems for dirt cheap. Been lookin for a vintage vanity desk, so I popped into a thrift store on a whim and left with some purses. Got em for 5 buckaroos each. The tan one is velvet and silk lined, the other is beaded with some glorious white rice lookin beads. Love me a killer deal…mind you I literally don’t pay over 20 bucks for anythin worth anythin.
Not spending money I don’t have at my favorite antique store downtown. If this were mine I would:
Host fantasy tea parties with no tea at all, rather champagne and vodka with decadent desserts too beautiful to taste any good at all.
Lounge in a sprawling manner whilst gazing out the window and listening to music so loud my thoughts get lost.
Only enter the room with the opening line of ‘Darling …’ Everytime.
Reading is my favorite.
